Our medical aesthetics team offers neurotoxin treatments, dermal fillers, facial rebalancing, XERF radiofrequency skin tightening, microneedling, chemical peels, and customized skin treatments. Tiffaney Payne
Tiffaney Payne is the owner and operator of Glammed Up Aesthetics, with nine years of experience in the aesthetics industry. Beginning with her personal specialization in permanent makeup, Tiffaney has grown Glammed Up Aesthetics into a comprehensive aesthetics practice offering both permanent makeup and advanced medical aesthetic services.
At the heart of that growth has been Tiffaney's commitment to building a highly qualified team of medical professionals who work together to provide safe, successful, and innovative aesthetic care. She oversees the management and operation of the practice while continually seeking out advanced technologies, reputable products, and high-quality treatment options to bring to Glammed Up Aesthetics' clients and patients.
Over the years, Tiffaney has built a trusted relationship within her community by prioritizing education, exceptional care, natural-looking results, and a welcoming environment. She remains actively involved in the evolving aesthetics industry, working closely with her medical team to ensure the practice continues to offer modern technology, quality products, and thoughtfully selected treatments while maintaining the highest standards of client and patient care.
Our approach

At Glammed Up Aesthetics, we prioritize our community and client care, especially when it comes to maintaining delicate facial balances. We offer a complimentary follow-up appointment two weeks after any procedure, during which we provide up to five units of neurotoxin correction at no additional cost to ensure your satisfaction with the results. This follow-up is crucial for assessing and achieving optimal balance and symmetry once any initial swelling has subsided.
Additionally, we are committed to educating our clients about the products used in their treatments. We ensure that every client leaves with a clear understanding of the specific products applied and the reasons for their selection by our medical professionals. Transparency in both the cost and choice of products is vital for building a positive, trusting relationship.
We encourage open discussions about the cost and allocation of products, allowing us to tailor treatments effectively and prioritize areas based on individual needs. Meet our nurse injector
Ricki Luton, RN
Certified Nurse Injector
Ricki Luton is a highly experienced registered nurse and cosmetic nurse injector with more than 25 years of nursing experience across a wide range of specialties. For 15 years, Ricki worked alongside one of Michigan’s leading cosmetic and plastic surgeons, gaining extensive experience in plastic and cosmetic surgery and developing a strong foundation in facial anatomy and facial aesthetics, patient safety, and surgical and nonsurgical aesthetic care.
Throughout her nursing career, Ricki has worked in numerous specialties, including cosmetic and plastic surgery, pre-anesthesia testing, perioperative and procedural nursing, general surgery, high-risk breast care, and patient observation. This diverse clinical background has given her a comprehensive understanding of patient care, anatomy, safety, and individualized treatment planning.
Ricki has been a certified cosmetic nurse injector since 2022 and is certified in neurotoxins and dermal fillers through A.M.E.T. Since becoming an injector, she has completed more than 20 advanced, in-person, hands-on injectable trainings, continually investing in her education and refining her techniques. She has trained with some of the top physicians, nurses, and aesthetic educators from across the country and around the world, including internationally recognized experts Julie Horne and Dr. Lee Walker, to name a few.
Her advanced training focuses on facial assessment, anatomy, neurotoxins, dermal fillers, facial balancing, injection technique, complication prevention, and achieving beautiful results while maintaining each patient’s natural features. Ricki believes that exceptional aesthetic medicine requires not only technical skill but also an ongoing commitment to education, safety, and evidence-based practice.
In addition to injectables, Ricki is a certified medical weight loss specialist and permanent makeup artist, with training in lip blushing, eyebrow microblading and shading, areola tattooing, and microneedling. She is also ACLS certified and experienced with aesthetic treatments and technologies including SkinPen microneedling, Lumecca IPL, laser hair removal, and the XERF skin-tightening device.
Continuing her commitment to advanced education and comprehensive patient care, Ricki is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialty, with anticipated completion in early 2027. Her advanced practice education further strengthens her clinical knowledge and complements her extensive nursing and aesthetic experience.
Ricki’s philosophy is simple: “No beauty secret should be a secret.”
She believes in educating her patients, creating individualized treatment plans, and helping each person look and feel their best. Her goal is never to change the way someone looks, but to enhance their natural features and help them achieve a refreshed, balanced, and naturally youthful appearance—with safety always at the forefront.
