These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of glammedupaesthetics.com and the services provided by Glammed Up Aesthetics (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including permanent makeup, medi-spa treatments, skin care, and related aesthetic services at our Taylor, Michigan studio. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Our website and SMS program are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. Clinical services for minors may be provided only with the consent and active involvement of a parent or legal guardian as required by law and our studio policies. By using our website or services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Description of Services

Glammed Up Aesthetics is a Metro Detroit medi-spa and permanent makeup studio owned and operated by Tiffaney Payne, located at 24146 Ecorse Rd, Taylor, MI 48180. Our services include, but are not limited to:

- Permanent makeup (including eyebrows/microblading and related brow services, eyeliner, lip blushing, and saline tattoo removal)
- Medi-spa services such as neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and microneedling
- Weight-loss support services and related aesthetic care
- Skin care and complimentary or follow-up visits as described by our team

Some services may be performed or overseen by licensed professionals (for example, nursing staff for medi-spa services). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Not Medical Advice / Clinical Limitations

Nothing on our website constitutes a diagnosis, treatment guarantee, or personalized medical advice. Aesthetic outcomes vary based on anatomy, skin type, healing, aftercare, lifestyle, and other factors. Permanent makeup and injectable/medi-spa services involve risks, including but not limited to swelling, bruising, infection, asymmetry, allergic reaction, unsatisfactory aesthetic outcome, and the need for touch-ups or correction. Final recommendations are made during consultation. Clinical consent forms you sign in-studio control for specific treatments.

4. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to honor scheduled times; delays can occur. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made according to the notice window stated at booking or by our team. Late cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals may result in fees, deposit forfeiture, a shortened appointment, or rescheduling at our discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities

By scheduling and receiving our services, you agree to:

- Provide accurate and complete medical history, medications, allergies, and health information
- Follow pre-care and aftercare instructions provided by our team
- Arrive on time and maintain a respectful environment for staff and other clients
- Notify us of changes in your medical condition or contact information relevant to care
- Pay for services rendered according to our stated rates and policies

6. Payment

Pricing is provided at booking, consultation, or on current menus/platforms and may change. Payment is due as arranged at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Refunds, if any, are handled case-by-case according to studio policy and applicable law; many aesthetic services are final once performed, subject to any written touch-up or follow-up policy.

7. Informed Consent & Photos

Receipt of aesthetic or medi-spa services requires your informed consent. Before providing care, our team will explain proposed treatments, risks and benefits, and alternatives as appropriate. You may accept or refuse recommended treatment. We may take clinical photos for your record. Separate consent is requested before using images in marketing, portfolio, website, or social media. You may withdraw marketing photo consent going forward by emailing glammedupaesthetics@yahoo.com; we cannot recall images already published or shared by third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on glammedupaesthetics.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of Glammed Up Aesthetics or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from site content without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GLAMMED UP AESTHETICS, ITS OWNER, STAFF, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM WEBSITE USE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glammed Up Aesthetics, its owner, staff, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of our website or services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or rights of any third party; or (d) any inaccurate or incomplete information you provide to us, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms or the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Michigan (Wayne County preferred for state court), to the extent permitted by law.

Before initiating any legal proceeding related to these Terms or the website, you agree to contact us in good faith to attempt informal resolution. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns within 30 days of receiving written notice of a dispute.
